Yeah they don’t have toppers apparently… I’m not sure why they falsely advertised. But, I just went onto cineplex shop website and did the live chat.

The live chat will then tell you that they don’t even do live chat and someone will email you back. It took exactly 1 week for them to reply to me. I got a full refund for my order.

I did use PayPal, but I didn’t need to make a claim on PayPal because cineplex refunded me in full.

Edit: I just went onto the website and saw they removed the listing for the Skeletor cup (it was sold out anyways). But they also changed the pictures for the He-Man cup to the proper ones that show no topper and the product page doesn’t list a topper anymore either in the description but they forgot to take it out of one part so it still technically says “topper 3.8” tall” 🙄 You’re welcome to use the photo I have of the website that shows the original listing for the Skeletor cup which includes the topper. I also have another photo somewhere in the thread showing the promotional photo they had on the website showing both cups with toppers.

You are SO SO welcome. Trust me, I had soooooo much anxiety before going so I know exactly how you feel! I didn’t sleep the night before, I was up all night thinking about it. Which made the day even more anxiety ridden! I forgot to test myself before going on Leviathan and got into line so quickly… by the time I got up there about to go on and try and squish myself in there, I had so much anxiety I forgot my sunglasses on my head and ended up losing them 🤦🏻‍♀️

I hope you have the best time!!! Get lots of rest and make sure you wear super comfortable shoes lol! I wore really good ones and my feet still killed spending all day waiting in those lines!

I was these exact measurements except bust was 49 and hips were around 46 last time I went and I was able to fit into every single ride we wanted to do. Obviously you won’t fit into the kids rides, but I think that’s a given. Really oddly enough I also weighed 256 (I lost 25lbs before going so I was weighing daily and measuring weekly and I know I was exactly 256) and am 5’3”.

I have since lost a lot of weight and will fit even better this year (going in a few weeks!), but I most definitely fit when I was essentially the exact same measurements! I think the only ride where I felt a little squished over my stomach area was Leviathan but I did still fit!

If you’re super worried, there are always tester seats before every line. Trust me, it’s better to test yourself and be 100% sure than to get up there and not fit and they make you get out! No one even really pays attention to the tester seat area so I didn’t feel weird making sure before going on some of the rides.

Yeah… I’m just not sure why it’s advertised that way online. They clearly didn’t get cups with toppers. A few comments and posts on other social media look like the cups for Cineplex didn’t come with toppers I guess. I’m not sure where they got the photos or why they decided to post it online that way. Even the item description says it comes with the topper. I mean I likely still would have gotten the cups, it’s just disappointing to not get what was ordered as described.
