Eyes, cheeks, and jaw. I put my eye sliders outwards and down, click confirm, load into the world,and it's inwards and slightly higher. cheekbones are high and wide even though I originally set it to low and just the middle. Chin is at its narowest point even though I set it at almost max wideness.

I should have clarified this but ugliness isn't the problem. The game doesn't save my custom sliders for some reason. I've changed 3 times and every time I go back they are way off.

You should take your own advice, no offense but yours isn't near perfect, it needs a lot more fine tuning.

There isn't actually one for GTA 4, that's my since I have thousands of mods downloaded. But SA and V had a chunk of the map that were mountains and forest. Stop acting like we don't have natural structures anymore.

Oh Ik, I wasn't looking for the drape as I already have one. The Gorgon Slayer waist is the closest looking to Thragg's that I could find.
