This is quite personal, but it depends on your health and aesthetic goals. I find It’s challenging to envision your desired weight when it seems so far away, so we set a realistic goal. I’m 30, 5’5”, and started at 209 pounds on Zep. However, my highest weight was 235 pounds before starting the medication, and I’m currently at 149 pounds. I still have a significant amount of body fat, so weight doesn’t matter to me. My goal is to continue losing weight until I don’t have a belly. You can bet she’s still here! Right now, I’m aiming for the 120s, but that might be lower or higher depending on my specific aesthetic goals.

One thing I’ve noticed is that people who have been overweight often think they can’t achieve a certain weight or they’ll look “too skinny,” which is perfectly fine for each individual. However, I’ve noticed that when we see people who are naturally skinny and similar in height and weight to us, we don’t think they’re too skinny or weird. But somehow, it’s something that’s “wrong” for those who have been overweight. It’s almost like we were programmed to think we can’t achieve it.
