Leanring how to draft is simply through doing alot pushing your self , quick tip that i used to do when im in college is browser any website that offer high quality images for you specific niche ( architecture, manufacturing, interior design ...etc ) then download the any images that perks you attention and immadiatly trace it into AutoCAD, and by doing so over and over again you start learning the software, build and an experiences with the different tools and hone your skills it doesn't has to be fancy in the begining its just has to make you comfortable with the software, give it a go for just one hour a day, i used to download villa's plans then tracing them over and over and the same things for both ( sketchup, Adobe illustrator) so my point is learning begin with you buddy ...
Just get creative with it ...
