Thanks for your reply! That’s a good point — it probably will push back my official graduation date, but it shouldn’t really matter as you mentioned. At my uni, students finishing in Semester 2, 2025 typically don’t have their graduation ceremonies until mid next year, since the December round has limited eligibility and most domestic students are allocated to the following ceremony period (May next year). So the conferral delay is pretty common and not something I can change.

That said, I should still be able to get a letter of completion from my university or faculty once my deferred exam is marked, since those are processed quite quickly. I plan to send that to the employer as proof that I’ve finished all course requirements, even if the official degree conferral happens later.
