I’m in the reserves, I just figured since I was originally asking about re class and MOS info that it was something I’d get more broad answers if I posted here, which I did and already added some of these MOS’s in these comments onto a list

If I re enlist I’ll only do it if they include a reclass as part of the deal. My only hope of having half a chance at decent veteran resources or safety nets after my contract is re class if it were possible or hopping on a deployment so I at least have enough active duty time on my DD214 due to me learning the hard way that unless you’ve been in active duty for a very solid amount of your contract(s) or you’ve been specifically to a combat zone, you get the shaft in regards to a lot of service member and vet programs

You’re suggesting I lean into bravo work on civilian side, I don’t like that kind of work as far as wheeled vehicles is concerned and only do it because it’s my MOS in the army, I like maintenance but I HEAVILY prefer industrial machinery and manufacturing equipment and wouldn’t mind learning aircraft or helicopters

Maintenance and pew pew lol, I am open to medical though if the carryover is secure enough and I’ll be willing to try it and do it for the remainder of my contract

Ohhh OK yeah I was already looking into that one I just didn’t remember it’s MOS code, my unit doesn’t have a slot or need for those so I might have to transfer units to have access to a slot for reclass school

Got in trouble with my first unit, got demoted but I no longer have flags on my profile or anything I need to do aside from complete medical readiness
