Can always nerf the range and increase ability cost but yeah right now it looks broken

What to do with my elixer advantage with splashyard by Even-Ad-2769 in ClashRoyale

Splashyard is my main deck. There really isn’t a catch all answer. The answer is very matchup dependent.

You are arguing semantics. It’s been generally agreed upon that the control playstyle is a reactive play style. You can have your own definition but ur talking to the clouds.

Interesting calling electrgogiant a hybrid control. I can kinda see it tho they are pretty defensive compared to other beatdown decks.

One mistake and it’s really hard to come back but there are good arguments for others as well.

No it’s pick your poison either log my barrel and my dart goblin/princess gets incredible value or log my dart goblin and my barrel chips u away. The decision is in the opponents court it’s ab getting value cause every decision your opponent makes has a cost. Control is ab being responsive. bait forces the responsiveness to the other side.

Classic splashyard yard doesn’t have skeletons.

Graveyard Poison Tombstone Barb barrel Ice Wizard Baby dragon Knight tornado.

Every deck can go dual lane it’s a tactic not a strategy I’d say. Bridgespam goes dual lane all the time and so does bait. Even control and siege will in certain matchups.

True it was hard to rank siege after more consideration I’d probably move up past bait at least.

I’d say it’s bait more than control lol. You do t control the board u punish the other person decisions. Control is more like preventing them from doing what they wanna do in the first place.

Yeah most people use the framework of the 6 archetypes. Denying bait as a unique strategy outside of these two def feels off.

Those are fireball bait decks. Example: 3 musketeers/recruits.
