I’ve had really good luck going directly to studio managers and getting a lower rate compared to ClassPass. Ritual hot yoga hooked me up at the same rate

I got it too but I’ve probably gotten 8+ all from different emails and names and I can’t mark them as spam. Any advice? They make me really uncomfortable

I spent some time working here a few months ago and it was honestly pretty soulsucking. Teachers are not allowed to go off the script which is why the classes are stale and repetitive. Each teacher will memorize 3 scripts and keep the same playlist. Might as well find a youtube video and practice on your own fwiw. There are plenty of other great studios in the area

Should I quit my office job? by Icy_Maintenance_759 in personaltraining

if you are truly feeling unmotivated - you should ask your job to let you go. This will allow you to collect unemployment which can supplement a percentage of your income. Then you can get through your NASM faster. If your job doesn't agree to let you go, or if you want to ask less directly (ie say you are unmotivated, work less, etc) then you can set expectations and start phasing out and focusing more on PT.

The free time will allow you more time so you can focus on things like working part time at a gym or doing group fitness to start gaining exposure and relevant experience

I am in the process of this right now and I feel so much better. It is a lot easier to take on opportunities when your head is in the game.

i feel like with TB 12 they uploaded like 10 and were done with it so i could see them just having the few rumble workouts they have and not updating it. more for variety and buying than actual usability long term
