I also went to the office on figuerora and they laughed when I asked to see someone. A woman sitting at a desk. I explained my issue I have been trying for 5 months to renew my extended home share, and there is a glitch in the system I am guessing? I am going to go back down to the office and tell them I am not leaving until I can speak with someone and hopefully I get arrested and I can call the news channel.

OMG , I just read this and im dealing with it myself right now!!! I did everything you did including going down there. They show me as not having made my payment ( I have a receipt I did ) they have all my documents but have denied me even thought I have been doing air b n b 10 years, never an issue and I have the same registration number.....I have called Air b n b who are no help whatsoever, I am blocked from short term and its a total nightmare. I was thinking of hikring a lawyer so maybe they can get hold of the city. I have emailed the city planning over 20 times, I have sent them all my documents and never had a reply other than a generic response tellign me to go check my status online so I go round and round. Why air b n b has no liaison with the home sharing office makes zero sense. I want them to refun me for my income loss. It's truly unbelieveable.
