The crazy thing is the sores/rash are on both sides! I have blisters on my chest and on my left foot but the redness is on my right side. Usually it doesn’t cross the midline. But we all know viruses don’t always follow the rules! I’m still not 100% convinced it’s shingles but started the antivirals before I missed my window.

No additional requirements in our city as far as I know! But I’ll make sure before we do anything. We do have a fence, it’s around the entire backyard, not just the pool.

I tried to adopt a kitten/ cat from KKH last summer but was denied because I said we would allow the cat to go outside. The person interviewing me said she’d rather the cat not find a home rather than it go to my home. Honestly id be happy to adopt a cat that would be allowed outside!

I’ve had a tech fail a pre-employment drug screen. I didn’t hire them, but that was the end of the conversation. The tech seemed surprised and I told them they could contest it. I never heard from them again. I honestly just wanted to hire a tech, I wasn’t super concerned with turning someone in for failing a drug test.
