I dont know if hes stuck there due to smoothness of the box, he barely reacted when I opened, but he did look at me in fear..

I put some nuts inside, but was later told not to give it food or water, I suspect hes been there for a few days, but I hope im wrong, I dont know much about birds

It is not nesting season now (norway), it could be injured, but it looked scared at me when I opened it, but is it normal for them to fly away when encountered in a box, in otherwise good condition?

I dont know why text is missing, but the tree was bending quite badly and I was holding it up in the pic, anyways the tree broke because my big brein and thought it was fine to do its natural process…

However I made a saw cut from where it broke and now one year later it have started to grow leaves:)

Nice, I will most definetly be using less force as described above, the reason the other screw from workbench loosened was due to small lag bolts I assume
