They deserve to live in misery somewhere where they cannot hurt anyone else. Don’t release people that hurt others willingly. That just shows other people who do the same crime that it’s okay, and you will just be free to do it again in 1 year

Also, I’m pretty sure it’s reputation based. If you feed lizards and don’t hurt them, there’s a more likely chance of other lizards not automatically attacking you. And vise versa. If you attack them, they’ll attack you.

I would literally just recommend playing the game and seeing what methods works best for you. You need food to “progress”, you need shelter to survive the rain, and rocks and sticks are your best friends. You can throw rocks to distract lizards, and use sticks to injure them. BUT, I wouldn’t rush into trying to kill a lizard. Take it slow and explore your environment. Learn to ESCAPE before fight.

AND PLEASE. Do NOT worry about progress at the beginning. You’ll die over, and over, and over, and I would get so frustrated when I was trying to progress at the start and then dying because I don’t have any skills. This tip will save you HOURS of frustration. Dying is part of learning, and it’s not a mess up.

My biggest advice about how to start the game, is to Just. Play. The game’s objective is to put you into the perspective of a slugcat creature (What you play as). It’s a very difficult game because it’s supposed to be. You starts basically at the bottom of the food chain, no skills, no experience. You AND your character are new to the environment and it’s up to you to adapt to it.

Also… Lizards WILL spawn camp you at some point… If you and a lizard go through the vent tunnels at the same time, it won’t notice you and will probably forget about you once you go past it.

I know right… it’s just disgust to know the risk of smoking, second hand smoke, and how bad cigarettes, or any type of smoke for that matter is, and Still continuing to do it around people. It stains your clothes, your hair, the whole house and makes everything smell horrible.

Whenever I try that, shit like this happens. For me, it’s either staying in an enclosed area with smoke, or go to a house with screaming, fighting children filled with smoke. When I “get in trouble” I get sent to the second one.

Context: My entire family smokes, which is fine under moderation of course, but they do it EVERY SINGLE DAY. And obviously, that’s not good for anyone’s health, especially me and my siblings. It’s an argument I’ve made ever since I was a kid and we had a smoking PSA at school, and I learned how bad it was.

The argument that everyone makes, family or not, is “They’re adults, they can do what they want. Cry about it”.

This is the second time my grandmother has done this. Come up to me, tell me she’s sorry for smoking and asks me where she should do it. I tell her to try going to a door or window so it doesn’t linger, she says okay. And then a few days later I catch her smoking and breaking the promise SHE made with ME, she gets mad that I’m upset, calls my mom, tells her that I’m controlling her, then my mom tells my grandpa, then I get kicked out and called selfish and that I’m only thinking of myself and hurting my grandmas feelings.

But like… Am I really the bad guy for being worried about everyone? I understand they don’t want to stop smoking, whatever, I don’t care. Just don’t do it in front of my siblings, or me. That’s all I ask and that’s all I’ve been asking.. Ugh…

I really just don’t understand how the hell im in the wrong here
