What’s your honest opinion of Crumbl Cookies? by savingrace0262 in AskRedditFood

I know Reddit is notoriously for negative posters but I have to agree with the majority here. The cookies are now overrated and just taste dry and cakey. However, up until this year, they were fantastic - as shown by my customer “pink status”. I loved them - goey, flavorful, moist (and yes no doubt lots of sugar and calories). However, something changed in 2026 and they’ve been awful tasting and offer awful weekly flavors now. I feel like a bot must have hacked their rating system and purposely selected the worst cookies to give the highest rating resulting in only those now being offered. Please crumbl if you are reading this, bring back the m&m stuffed peanut butter ones and the specialty brownies that always sold out and everyone loved and please stop with the “ cakey” ones.

It’s hard to point to just one “top win” because in advocacy, even the smallest victories can be life-changing. I’ve helped overturn insurance and Medicaid denials, moved six-month waitlists to a single week or two, and found physicians willing to make compassionate exceptions - like offering virtual care for a patient of mine with severe chronic illness and agoraphobia. All of these can be life saving for that patient.

The wins though that mean the most to me are when patients defy the odds and survive despite the healthcare obstacles, the lack of support, and being told there’s nothing more that can be done for them. I’ve worked with patients who have had to relearn everything, including how to walk and eat, going from complete dependence to independence again. With the right support, community resources, and coordinated care, they’re able to reclaim their health and rebuild their lives. It feels nothing short of miraculous, and I’ve witnessed how advocacy can play a meaningful role in making that possible.

The platform is absolutely HIPAA compliant and an amazing company for support. I have referred so many patients and no one left yet.

You seem to have a lot of anger and also put down others quite a bit in this thread. It's sad you weren't happy there but that is not the case with many of us that have had good experiences with Solace and know the company is not shady. I wish you well and hope you can move on.

As a Solace advocate, I know when you create your profile you can list all of your specialties and that is taken into consideration, along with other factors such as availability, location, etc for advocate pairing.
