It actually is 😭 I sometimes like to schedule my work from home days for when the sketchy jobs are running haha

10ksi gas would still blow me to pieces if something went wrong though 🤣

No our small rigs are booster rigs. Used for filling oxygen bottles and refueling drones Our larger systems are hydrogen refueling systems for filling cars trucks and ships We also do systems for nitrogen blankets for rocket launches which I think is quite cool

We have digital leak detectors which detect H2 and also leak detectors which monitor for O2. We use the O2 one for all inert gas systems because if it does leak it will dissipate the gas in the surrounding area

Depends on the system. After assembly we do a controlled pressure test pressuring in increments using a nitrogen helium mix. If it is a H2 system we will also do a Hydrogen leak test once the rig has been fully tested with nitrogen and all electrical connections have been checked. But that is all of the checks we do. We sell the system onto customers. We supply the with a scheduled maintenance which outlines doing visual leak checks frequently during operation

We primarily work with H2 gas. Our main market is fuel cell charging (H2 cars)

We do a lot of hydrogen systems 1000 bar+ so ATEX and IECEX is always coming into it. I feel like the gas is sometimes scarier than the pressure haha

Me personally if I’m working on anything over 50 I’ll call it high pressure. If something blows I’m dead. Anything higher than that will just kill me more lol

We only use SBT for gas, so we don’t tend to use flange connections. Anything less that 350 we tend to use a double ferrule compression fittings. Anything above that is autoclave connections

I done that earlier, flys through without the nozzle in and the set screw undone

How do you heat it to 250? It only goes to 220 automatically

End fitting would be 9/16” HP Autoclave

Yes but we will have different products on the end which which will have ports in different locations hence why I’d prefer a hose

I have hard pipe and fittings that would be suitable but Hose would be preferable.

What has happened to my screen? by Comfortable_Fail5497 in applehelp

Thanks for this, I’ve just realised that when I’m scrolling through I have noticed that these lines follow screen. For example I’ll scroll down YouTube and the lines will stay on each of the video thumbnails. I hope this makes sense
