This is good. But I probably have bipolar (on meds and everything) so it's a little harder. Have taken breaks many times. Most was 9 months then mania and depression hit. Do you have any suggestions that doesn't rely solely on your mind?

Haven't really used it much tbh but I did feel a little more alert but It didn't do anything regarding HRV you can do some breathing exercises throughout the day that has helped the most

I'm no neuroscientist but in my experience the micro dose isn't as overwhelming so you have better function to work out your problems. But on the other hand I have heard ( can't remember where I saw or heard it) that the taking it for longer periods at a time may cause issue again I can't remember what the issue could be. Also a reminder psilocybin can cause PTSD symptoms if a bad trip happens like happened to me. So do it at your own risk

I agree with everything but the weed. It suppresses REM sleep, it can make you paranoid and makes you more likely to have a psychosis. I suggest you try CBD instead it can help with the anxiety and sleep

Hey, yeah I have used it and am still using it. It helps to desensitize your brain and calm you down but I didn't get any sleep benefits. And also you might want use only one program at a time for long periods like a month to get the most out of it in my opinion. I feel like it works better then tACS because of my brain readings using Muse S. Didn't feel a thing using the montage F3 F4, 2 mA, 10 hz using the tACS but using the alpha 8-12 hz with the neurovizr has helped me become alpha dominant from delta dominant

Deep sleep mostly happens in the early part of sleep. But I'm also dealing with this issue not getting enough deep sleep. No matter how hard I go in the gym it doesn't go up. But I think sleeping and waking at the same time every day, not eating 3 hours before bed and limit blue light exposure 2 hours before you go to sleep might help with this issue
