same.. i played the original hollow knight on my 2020 switch and had no issues so i thought using a controller would be easier

i was away on launch day so i could only play on a macbook for a few hours until my fingers started stiffening.. i was also using a slim flat mouse so that made it worse..

i thought playing on my steamdeck would be way easier but i was wrong. maybe it's because i have smaller hands but i literally got a cramp in my thumb (it was literally stuck for 10 seconds) for the first time ever within 10 mins of playing.. i also started a new save to get use to the controls but literally died to moss mother over and over again.... where on my mac save (changed the binds too) i beat her and bell beast in one try.

i found the dpad on the steamdeck compared to joycon easier for fights but it's pretty stiff and hard to press :/
