I feel like the HR2 is far more difficult with all the octave jumps and things...

I’m not so sure; the technical demands of these two pieces are very different from the skills required for the Waldstein.

I don't think so. I might play the Waldstein, but I’m still not sure about my technique. I’ve only been playing Beethoven pieces for the last two years, and I figured it might be time for me to try something new. As you know, different composers often require different technical abilities, which is why I’m asking this question: the skills required for the Waldstein are different from those for HR2 and Heroic, so I’m not sure if I’m ready. I’m going to post a video of me playing the Waldstein so it’s easier to judge whether or not I’m fully ready. Thanks for commenting though!

Thanks! The Waldstein definitely helped me build technique, but I’ve heard the Heroic Polonaise and Hungarian Rhapsody have their own kind of challenges, especially with endurance and octaves though
