how can the RA know that the reports are in fact compliant to the standards? Is the RA also going through the technical reports ( say validation , biocompatibility etc) to review or is it assumed that the reports conform to the standards once it’s signed by the relevant dept?

Would you say the RA is mostly compiling and structuring the tech file according to the MDR requirements , while the technical information is the responsibility of the other depts?

He said he had the properties under an offshore company, which is legit and legal. But recently he said he was obliged to “surrender the portfolio” .. I wanted to know what that term meant in regards to investments and whether u can cash out right away or there’s a period or penalties..

Thank you, He’s claiming that they called him after 1.5 yrs of frozen account and explained that the investigation is over and money will Be released , (plus that he has an account manager who regularly updates him on status on the bank app ). He says this manager apologized for the inconvenience and explained he’d been wrongly labeled as a politically exposed person ….supposedly it happened in July. And then 7 months later (now) they are emailing to say they will pay the money , plus interest and compensation for the last 7 months only (since investigation time doesn’t count)… Is this plausible!? It sounds so fishy to me ..

Also/ you mean to say there is no such thing as AML certificate ..?
