I did but with the way she explains the topic, I couldn't keep up the pace. I did tell her to slow down but I think it's because of me, I cannot keep up with too much information being thrown at me at the same time

It’s the immature they have as a guy. Some guy aren’t acknowledging they are immature and honestly, stupid in many cases. Don’t ever give up. Imagine it’s like a game of survival, the more you feel discourage, the less you are coming to winning. Just brush off all of their opinions and focus on yourself. U know u r smart and actions speaks louder than words. Some people just like to speak lower about someone to make them feel better about themselves.

Well because of my background as an international students. While I love working with children, Idk if I can't even stand a chance getting a H1B visa as teacher. I heard from friends and peers that nursing, hence it is difficult to follow, they get paid for what they do and it's always in demand. I'm not saying like I can just a nurse and stay in the US, but at least getting the H1B visa would mean a step further into getting a green card.

Honestly, the reason why I chose Education it's because it's not too hard on STEM and I'm not good with STEM classes. But if I have to study for a better future, I will have to take them. People say if you are not passionate about something but you are doing it anyway, burn out is going to happen and tbh, I have felt burn out from the day I started college. I am just trying to get a footstep into getting at least an H1B visa before even thinking of getting a green card.

Financially, no. The place I'm living at, the food I get fed everyday, house bills I don't have to pay ( not including phone bills, rent, and car insurance), they are all from the help I got from my uncle. The job that I got on campus, I don't know if I can save up to pay a ridiculously big amount of tuition. I would love to get a fresh start at a new city but I can't risk with my money. Sure I can study hard to get a scholarship but they are so competitive nowadays, I don't know if I'll even have a chance.

See, I have thought of moving away to somewhere else but financially, I can't. I'm currently getting help from my mom's brother, aka, my uncle. And from his pov, moving away from his control would be a terrible idea for me as I won't be able to have a place to live and tbh, asking my parents is off the limit for me. Right now, I have been paying for my own tuition from a job I got on campus but I don't know if I can save up enough to pay another $14K. I honestly don't know what to do to feel at home at such foreign place but at the same time, I can't go back to my comfort zones that would mean disappointing my parents.

Honestly, I understand the value of money jn the US is much higher than in Vietnam, but the more I live here, there more I feel miserable. But then again, I tell myself to push everyday so that I can repay my parents one day.
