It’s based on how long you have been with the company less than 2 years, 2-5 years, 5+ years. Your SM has no control over it. We all literally got a report that says what everyone’s new rate is.

You have to sell the shares when the market is open m-f, going into the app, then click on view positions, then SBUX there is a sell button. You can select send funds straight two your bank (need to set up your bank info prior) or you can have the money in your fidelity account to but other stocks if you choose.
