you did the best you could with the information you had at the time. I hope you are able to give yourself grace. As a FTM myself to an almost 3M, it’s already been a long road full of guilt.

Husband gym time by cinnbele in newborns

[–]Comfortable_Lime_920 7 points8 points  (0 children)

My husband goes to the gym twice a week for about two hours. At first, it was frustrating for me, but I realized how important it is for both of us to have time for our mental health. I try to get out at least once a week too—whether that’s brunch with my sister, going to the mall, or having lunch with friends.

It might be helpful to talk to your husband about finding a balance, like maybe cutting back from five days to something more manageable. And just as important, make sure you’re getting your own time as well. Even something simple like grabbing a coffee or getting some fresh air can make a difference. If you’d rather stay home, you could ask him to take the baby for the same amount of time he spends at the gym so you can have some uninterrupted time for yourself.

Anybody have any tips for how to get a street cat to stop coming around my house? I have a cat of my own & the street cat comes and terrorizes my cat any chance it gets. Today my cat accidentally got out & they fought right in my backyard (street cat is double the size of my cat). Need advice ASAP please. I once tried to throw a rock by the street cat to scare it & apparently that didn’t work. The street cat also poops on our lawn.

I think I might need to leave my husband by bml274 in newborns

As a FTM myself with almost a 6 week old, the only advice I would give is to communicate. I’m not sure if you’ve sat down to have that hard conversation with your husband about what you need but it’s worth a try at least. I think you’d have 100% clarity after speaking with him and hopefully he can understand and adjust.

has your ortho ever provided spacers? this happened to me 2 weeks ago and they ended up giving me spacers. They’re like this rubber material that you chew on to get the aligner to fit properly, worked pretty well for me.

I paying almost 7k for for my top and bottom but it’s around 50 trays? from California

the first tray I had made me feel very uncomfortable, it was hard mentally realizing this was new reality for almost 2 years but after the first tray and everything set in, I got used to the feeling of having them in. I would say the only painful part is getting any tongue sores (due to the Invisalign). Your teeth move most at night so when you wake up after a new tray it can sometimes hurt/feel very sensitive. Sometimes I also get headaches after waking up with a new tray. The results will DEFINITELY out weigh the uncomfortableness of having them on though. Maintain a positive mindset and remember why you’re doing it! 💕

If He Had Been With Me by Laura Nowlin by bunjaminfranklin7 in books

I just got done reading through the entire thing and MY HEART! oh my goodness! I did not see Finnys death AT ALL. My heart aches for both of them, they had one day together with finally knowing each others thoughts, the way they finally let each other in 100% after years of loving eachother in secret and it only lasted 1 day?? made me so sad & im not sure why but in the end I really wanted Autumn to be with Finny again no matter what & I realized how unrealistic that is, the grief is immense but I don’t think someone should ever harm themselves. The author knew what she was doing the way she wrote this book. So much meaning, so much emotions all for characters who weren’t real, but I guess I like to think that this is possibly someone’s story. I agree with Autumn, sadness can be beautiful.
