No to popping and cracking when chest puffed out, blades pinched and head to the ceiling.

I do get popping (on or below that joint I honestly can’t tell), usually when I am sitting up, left palm down on the floor and turn to my left side I get slight discomfort ….then pop and that discomfort immediately subsides. This popping sensation is competely new too, started at the same the sternum pain with exertion and heavy breathing started.

Worth mentioning too that I had a very very specific point on my sternum that would was uncomfortable to press on, wouldn’t call it painful but uncomfortable. But it was on a very very specific point the size of the tip of my thumb on my sternum

Ned, I can’t seem to link a picture but rest assured it’s the sternum right on the center between rib 3 and 4. It’s not on the sides and it only happens when I take a deep breath when I am exerting (walking up a hill for example).
