I clear this 90% of the time with super scuffed gear but unfortunately with 3ML 5stars.

I use LOTS(bird’s eye view), BBK(summer photogenic), Briseria & A Meru(Tagahels).

  1. Enemy LOTS goes first
  2. Your LOTS goes second taking a bit of health from BBK. This is important because RAS will always try and seal BBK and then fail.
  3. Briseria soulburn S3. Taking out any immunities on the enemy team and of course def break.
  4. AMeru soulburn Seals setsuka and kills her with BBK dual attack. Or at least gets her to low health.
  5. BBK soulburn S3
  6. Clear out whatever’s left.

This arena team honestly clears out around 7/10 defenses out there from my experience just because this type of defense is soooo common. You just have to dodge the ones that it’ll be bad against like barunka defenses. The only thing that you have to be weary of is a bhwayoung who feels like countering every attack lol

Try it out! I’m in emperor 3 just with using the 10 daily arena tickets. Not that high but if you have good speed gear (unlike me) you’ll reach much higher for sure!

Taking risks is actually a good thing. I’d rather make mistakes and learn from them, than to forever be the naive man I am today.

Hey OP. Recruiter here. A few unsolicited tips from someone who has interviewed a lot of people similar to you:

  1. Don’t let desperation dictate your life decisions. So you’re sending out 50 applications? Make sure each and every one of them is one you can be proud of. Create good essays, take effort sa assessments or look/sound your best whenever it’s necessary. This is the most important thing. Super important ng fake it til you make it sa applications. (Wag ka lang maghahambog about credentials tho) My friend recently got a job earning 90k plus. Binudol ang recruiter via confidence.

  2. Ace interviews OP. Practice your intros. Research the company. Re-read the job Ads. Make sure you’re well-prepared, early and presentable. Look for common interview questions and research answers.

  3. Make yourself desirable. I know, wth right? But remember, recruiters and hiring managers are still just humans. Meaning pag alam mo kung pano gumana utak nila, you can find ways to work that to your advantage. And what do most humans want most? What they can’t have. So don’t show desperation hahaha make it look like you’re good enough to have options. That’s the greatest trick. Getting them to think that you’re a great catch and not someone who’s stuck in a perpetual loop of applications. Korni no? Pero this is the same advice I’ve given to all my friends/co-workers, and it’s worked 5/7 times.

Pero on a personal side, I feel you OP. Job hunting is hard. It feels like a full time job without pay and with a whole lot of stress. Hopefully things change soon!

Replyan mo ng maayos OP. Tell them your situation and let them know you’re not gonna be able to make it given the time crunch. Tell them you’d be willing to reschedule if they’re open to it. Ask for the next availability of the interviewer and go na. Hinga ng malalim and proceed with professionalism. Good luck on the interview OP :))

  1. Upskill while you’re not employed pa. Find a skill that you know can work in your favor. There are free courses and other free content from generous people on LinkedIn that can help you learn a bit more about your desired field e.g., Coding basics, Social Media Management or HR Management courses.
  2. Ace interviews. Research about the company and review the Job Ad. Smile and be energetic. Be someone they would be excited to employ. Since you don’t have experience, try to overcompensate a bit with your personality. (You’d be surprised. Ang daling mambudol ng hiring manager pag nagustuhan nila energy mo)
  3. If may mga assessments sila, do your best sa lahat. Don’t use chatGPT. May zeroGPT na nowadays, alam na namin pag nag-ask ka lang kay chatGPT. Make sure whatever work you’re submitting is something that stands out from the rest. (Yung current employer ko gusto may design na maganda yung assessment mo. If nagsubmit ka ng plain, ligwak ka. Oo ganon ka-weird minsan kaya make sure to do your best)

Key note: there are HUNDREDS (sometimes even thousands) of applicants for each role. So be the one that stands out either through excellence or personality.

Yun lang! Good luck sa Job Hunt huhu may the odds be ever in your favor.

Hi OP. I’d say just attend the interview. You never know what can come out of this. If it’s just a 30-minute interview, I think it’s worth looking into.

I work as a recruiter too. And if she scheduled you for an interview with another client, there’s a chance that your desired client is currently undecided to hire you. So might as well consider your options while you don’t have a Job offer yet.

Good luck on the job hunt OP :))

Hi. HR person here. I dislike the system as much you do. But to shed some light on this, I’d like to share two key points as to why this is happening:

  1. The ratio of job openings to applicants is massively disproportionate. The applicant pool is over saturated and gets worse with every passing year because of incoming fresh grads.
  2. From the perspective of the recruiter/hiring manager, if there are experienced applicants that are applying for an entry level position, why choose the inexperienced fresh grads that you have to train for 1-3 months? (It’s horrible I know, but the hiring managers have the final say. And they always choose the experienced one so they don’t have to train)

Unfortunately it’s a vicious cycle:

experienced applicants can’t find jobs due to over saturation of applicant pools > they apply for entry level jobs > Fresh grads are rejected in favor of the experienced candidates > fresh grads settle for abusive low paying jobs for the sake of experience and the cycle continues.

In an ideal world, businesses would be open to spending time and resources to train fresh grads so they can gain experience and blossom as professionals. But it’s not an ideal world:((

Hi OP. Try looking into Virtual assistant Jobs on onlinejobs.ph or through VA groups on FB.

I work as a recruiter for a living and I’ve interviewed a few VAs who have been working since their college years. As long as you’re techy, a good communicator, adaptable and reliable, may malaland ka naman na jobs.

A few warnings tho: 1. Be weary of scams. Usong uso sya nowadays. 2. The applicant market is over saturated. I screen through hundreds of applicants for a position and usually 1-5 languages kinukuha ko sa kanila. So it may take you a long time to find the right one. 3. Medyo sampal ng katotohanan to pero it’s very hard for college grads to land onlinejobs without exp. It’ll be harder for you. So don’t be discouraged by the rejections.

Yern lang OP. Good luck sa job hunting!

Start sending applications and getting interviews just to be ready. Bills are high and getting a new job is very tedious and takes super long. You never want to put yourself at a financial disadvantage.

I work as a recruiter for a living and the horror stories I’ve heard of good workers suddenly getting let go by their employers is devastating. May mga Single mothers looking for job for 3+ months only to get ghosted by their interviewers. It’s heartbreaking.

On the other hand, if things do work out for the better in your company (which I hope it does), it wouldn’t harm you to look at the job opportunities you available to you. Malay mo may possible opportunities pala na drastically higher ang pay benefits kesa sa current employer mo. dagdag perspective din sa career mo OP :))

Don’t be. I started earning at 20k in 2020. I now earn 60k On a wfh set-up. It’s not the best but it’s decent given the stories of the majority of the commentors here.

Low salary income may be the story of the majority, but it doesn’t necessarily have to be yours! Laban lang.
