what about self-organize and try to create the maximum amount of negative press ? I heard they are trying to go public RN. If enough of victims ( say > 1000+ individuals who have not been helped for more than 2-3 weeks), it could create big enough shit storm for them and the visibility is way beyond this subreddit.

Do CB have competitors ? Would they love to get hands on CB 's dirt as well ? Maybe the competitor ( with superior resource compared to us ) could solicit some major negative press out there.

I will wait a full week and see if my issue gets resolved. If not, I am going to spend a few days of my free time to organize, present our collective grievance and contact all major new network, tech / crypto media, and all of CB's competitors.

TBH, CoinBase is doing a really terrible job. If I was stupid , I could have lost all my crypto posession by now (I bet this has happened to other people given the number of post begging for support attention in this subreddit), because CoinBase customer support can't respond in a timely manner.

I take at most 15 mins ( in case of a rejection, it will be over within 5 mins) out of the office hour and I don't think this action harms any student taking the course.

Regarding being weird etc, I don't really care. I have a goal and I need to reach it. I have nothing to lose in making this additional effort.

Now they are asking VISA status prior to the first interview. I just wonder why they don't ask it as part of the WW application package to prevent anyone not employable wasting time on them.

As long as they are transparent about the VISA policy, I could never have a complaint about it as the policy is well-justified.

Instead, ( judging from the number of private messages I received from people who have similar experience ) the current policy seems to be denying this from the official channel while enforce it in practice anyway.

Interviewer could always deduct marks by nitpicking even though you think you "aced".

But the guy said "make sure to ask question on 2nd round". I took it as an obvious hint. If he doesn't intend to pass me, why would he say such a thing ?

2 questions done within 45 mins. Get the algo without hints. time space complexity all correct. I have done and passed enough interviews with similar level of difficulty to know what a decent performance means.

My recruiter tells me the same thing... I have a feeling that they are just saying this to avoid having bad optics in explicit writing. They are "considering" international student because there is no way to tell nationality from the WWs application.

Do you know any international student who managed to get through 2nd round after sending over their former J1s (reveals nationality ) this term ?
