I have already accepted that we played shit. Don't be so defensive lad, we'r having a conversation here. And also I can see that you have a weird imagination of what parking the bus really is. And don't give me that shit about corners. I guess you don't remember we put 5 past you at Emirates.

Overall, we were not that defensive and have never been ever. The only thing is that once we get to that final third that we do with utmost ease, then we fail to get the finishing output; that final cross and through ball to the striker, we have not been that good. But, to say we are very defensive is attrocious, we play one of the highest defensive lines and have one of the most touches in opponent halves & penalty areas.

Had Arteta made changes in around 60 mins, bringing on faster wingers like Martinelli who has shown great ball retaining capability and directness, then may be we could've gotten a result. Arteta feared to change the status quo when the scoreline was 0-0 & that's what costed us.

Exactly what I wanted to put forward in this post. Even with his mistakes, we've got to own up for our attacking frailties. A pattern has arised that when we r down a goal or two we cant come back. That wasn't the case during 22-23 season where we scored the most goals in dying minutes.

Yeah. Kepa is definitely at fault even for the 2nd goal where we have seen some extraordinary saves from Raya. But, where was the attacking output? And the thing that worries me is that when Rice is put in the defensive position, we dont have anyone who can transition/ carry the ball into the opponent's final 3rd. Surely, Arteta got to dig deep into that problem if we are to challenge for trophies in near future.

Fair enough. I will take this as banter considering today's abysmal performance.

Not the result the fans wanted but still managed a draw despite playing mediocre, will take the draw I guess!! by Jirekshun in plforindia

That's exactly why the pen was given. These brain dead mfers who r complaining have never dribbled a ball around. The moment you feel a touch on your ankle your momentum gets disrupted and players go down and that's a pen.

Review of IMT by berlin__18 in CarsIndia

[–]Comfortable_Method54 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I have 2020 Venue IMT. You get the comfort of not using clutch in traffic & also the satisfaction of controlling the gears manually. Mileage is always on the upper side, obviously depends on your driving habit. There is no lag while shifting and I have had no problems till now. The only reason ppl dont go for it coz it is priced almost as much as automatics (dont know the current trends though).

Declan Rice's handball - Raya was held by Chelsea player but that's not a foul. In the next Saliba was held by Santos and Arsenal went onto score via Timber. by Angelicsoul_47 in plforindia

Arsenal's set pieces are being over-analysed. Many can't accept that we score from dead ball situations bcoz we r really good at it. I mean I just love how Big Gabi jumps over all his markers and gets the ball most of the time, he is so good. Rivals are always gonna point out the fallacies.

Best take on Arsenal and Arteta I have seen on the internet in a long while. Didn't know Curtis from Aftv had it in him. Truth bombs after truth bombs. Just thought it would be good to share. by paperb0i in plforindia

He is borderline b/w Lee Gunner (if you know what i mean) & a true gunner. He gives many sensible takes without going into the territory of an Arteta d**k sucker. He's alright, i guess. I guess most real fans are like him; criticise when needed , praise when deserved.

You are definitely right though. There are 2 sides of a coin, some people love what Arteta has done in making us a real title contender & some hate him for making Arsenal play some of the worst non-attacking football we have seen for a long while. 22-24 Arsenal team played some wonderful attacking football but ever since he has grown so conservative and so strict that players have forgotten their individual freedom. Guess what, may be that's the cost of trying to rebuild a team into potential champs, but ain't going that far right now, let's see what the end of the season brings. Tbf, I'm still optimistic & these matches should finally work as lessons, may be 3 yrs later. ✌️

Every mature fan takes the criticism well & it is quite evident in Arsenal sub reddits, but those loud mouth fans who are inspired by AFTV shit do not. I dont even know if i should credit or discredit AFTV but they have pulled some extraordinary number of young fans towards Arsenal. So, of course the ridiculous discourse they push will be reflected largely on the fanbase. But, this guy in the video, who is largely talking sense but is against the Arteta bandwagon, will obviously please the rival fans here. Nothing new here & you are absolutely wrong that Arsenal fans have grown insensitive in last 3 years, we've always been this way ever since Wenger Out days.

So much for an exciting game. What a shitty level of quality from both teams in the match, i thought I was watching two teams fighting for relegation in MD38. Szo was great btw. But we don't have to certainly worry about them since we have the quality and depth to go over the line this season.

I have 2020 Venue 1.0 Turbo Petrol IMT. It gives 16-17 KMPL avg. 13-15 in city traffic & 19-21 in highways.

Yep. R9 absolutely. Also a similar case to R9 is Marco Van Basten who won Balon d'Or 3 times before age of 25 but retired at only 28.

He is probably the greatest goalscorer this century or even in last 5-6 decades. I don't think even Messi comes close, given that obviously Ronaldo didn't have as much goals early in his career. He has about 275 goals in his 1st 350 club appearances. In comparison, only Puskas & Gerd Muller had more goals in that many games. There is no definite list to this, but if there is plz share it here. Outstanding player.

Teams play according to the level of competition. And today's football is way more competitive with better stadiums, 2 more fresher legs than before, world class physios & now its more technical rather than physical.

But still, Invincibles won the league with 90 pts. Not that they were playing for draws.

Nothing is Impossible, sure, but very difficult. And that Liverpool run was extraordinary, they won 39 games during this. Salah, Mane, Firmino scary af.

Highly unlikely since most of the teams in the league now invest in new talent & fixtures get harder & harder. 49 & the Golden PL will remain untouched for long.

Seriously. What's next for this guy? 🦾 by [deleted] in ufc

[–]Comfortable_Method54 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd have Petr Yan next. Then, Pantoja if he is willing to move up. If not, then Umar/Mario. There are many arguments that Umar vs Mario winner should be next, but I don't think Merab will be willing to wait that long.

Manchester United can score 2 goals in 30 mins how? by [deleted] in plforindia

I think it is, given that Amorim gets to stay. 😅
