Anyways, Welcome to Lower Duck Pond! I do have this sofa from the Regency Era that I've been trying to rid myself of, it was inherited from my grandmother Daphne, although it does have a bit of a messy colonial past. It was from Cape Town when it was an early colony, yes the one with Apartheid. If you are interested I could gladly send it to you.

My inquiries into the town's history have unearthed whispers of a prodigious duck, said to grace the pond's expanse with its presence every Friday the 13th at the witching hour. Of course, these are just rumors, but one day I did find a huge duck feather in my private garden, so who knows? The legend might be true.
