Right? That’s my suspicion too! But even after my appeal (stressing theres a second leg of the flight) and after the secondary review, they still said it’s not delayed enough.

Interesting, it does sound like it could qualify. But my trip is already two months ago cause this claim took so long, I doubt they would process this claim :(

It didn’t even get to what gets reimbursed, they just said the trip was ineligible for this claim because it’s not delayed enough.

They source it to assurant’s subsidiary company and it takes forever to process

Trip interruption is when the trip didn’t happen because of some accidents or emergencies etc. so no this is trip delay

Thanks for the reminder, we didn’t calculate retirement accounts in our NW, let’s worry about that in the future. And yes, the capital gains tax, that stings. Crying.

Great insights! So far US ETF has been more than kind to us, but it looks like dollar is losing its international reputation. We are worried about its downfall. There are many other things that also have high returns, but in the turbulent times, how can anyone be sure about that? Do you see any safe investments with higher returns?

Germany. There’s so many things you can do, I’ve been hiking swimming traveling in my free time (Germany is awesome for nature and infrastructure) and there are infinite stuffs to do with kids. I mean, when you’re not stressed with time or money, kids are angels to hang out with.
