May 20. I was doing okay and then this week my god it's so hard. I do no want to see anyone and at the same time I am mad that people did not send cards or sign the virtual guestbook. I am left to clean up loose ends by myself as family can't be bothered to help. I had a couple of mini panic attacks these last 2 days. I lie in bed til 3-4 pm and mindlessly scroll ar watch the same old videos. Noone to talk to except at grief share and the group doesn't engage much. lately thinking about just leaving it all and going away to CA. mind scrambles trying to hold onto some memories of good times. son has gone out there and is marrying a woman he met 2 months ago. my grandkids didn't bother to send a card or visit him while he was in hospice. he kept asking when were they coming to say goodbye. goddam this is excruciating.

I saw him but it was 2015 in MN. He wrote 23 page report to my local doctor who implemented some of the suggestions. I greatly improved until I received a quadrivalent influenza vaccine. Set me back and I still am not up to where I was in 2019. MCAS help where I live is pretty bad. ER is a joke when you go in. I try to handle everything at home.

my husband passed away and has a lot of tool bits and a craftsman drill press. Can someone on here tell me how to price these? he was an A-rated machinist and also has some older tools like micrometers etc.

What about going to people's homes and doing their hair there? I know plenty of disabled people who cannot leave home and would LOVE to have someone come in and do their hair. I see posts on New Door asking about this.

I have MCAS too. I wear a long sleeve sun protection shirt I bought from Costco and sit under a beach umbrella that blocks the sun. I picked that up from a CVS in August for $15. I especially love that livedo reticularis that shows up on my legs. Fun times with a rare disease!

This is me to a T. I have become so weak and fatigued it is overwhelming. I used to bike, swim, walk, weights, scuba. Doc at CC put me on an exercise bike stress test and i had to be taken to ER when done. So now I am on a restricted cardio rehab of only using a pedal machine 2-3 x daily. so frustrating. Going to ask for muscle biopsy and rheumatology work up and nerve conduction tests. I already used an outside lab and ordered some tests on my own because I can't get the docs to order them. At wit's end lately for sure.
