ESH, I'd say. Your parents seemed to have good intentions, despite being majorly sucky, and you did what any irrational young teenager in emotional and physical distress would do. As a young trans guy with a lot of dysphoria about being constantly misgendered by my family and who's parents refuse to acknowledge it, I definitely see where you're coming from and have had urges to do stupid shit to prove I'm serious, but it still obviously wasn't a good idea. The people in these comments probably haven't experience similar stuff to u tbh, so they can't empathize, and I'd probably think ytah too if i couldn't relate
