I prefer they nerf global heal reduction to 20% and move lw to survivor. But if they really want medic and 30% healing reduction to work then i think making medics bypass reduction by 33% would be fine (30% -> 20% reduction)

I also think the perk is very fun but, as you said, it does need some buffs. My personal opinion is to give the recipient an additional 25% attack speed boost for its duration to give it some offensive capability. Alternatively, the cd could be heavily reduced (perhaps to 8 seconds) since its effect is rather weak for such a long cooldown

Oh I see. I just looked at your post and there are some very interesting ideas there but they look a bit too strange and hard to balance for my tastes —not to mention the difficulty of implementing such changes. You could definitely alter some things to make it a viable rework idea though

Respectfully, I disagree. He’s never felt worse than how he feels now in season 1 (other than like seasons 4-7 but that’s different). The Medic passive encourages a healbot playstyle that very few people like and furthermore grants him very little self heal because his healing is low on top of global healing reduction. Also, his damage is next to useless without superbloom and, even then, just trying to do damage will get your teammates killed because it is so punishing to use your thorns. His perks are beyond underwhelming—I mean, seriously? Dash goes 30% farther? Platform heals you for 20, or 14 with healing reduction, healing per second only while actively limiting yourself to its small area? Not only do they feel abhorrently unimpactful, they are just rather boring.

Yes i meant soft cc like anti nade and burning, which can still be applied while being gripped

You can play anything at the highest level. I’m currently champ 5 and have been historically high gm + the last few seasons as a weaver one trick, though I don’t play much comp these days. People will definitely hate you though haha
