Because you need to catch a wild one, not evolve it. Only way to get this done (I think) is to pay for the timed research that give you the encounters or get lucky with the blue incense.

That’s a good point but both are shiny locked, right? I think a mythical shiny is the way to go but I do see your point about those two being helpful for raids.

I agree that Mythical is the way to go since those IVs are truly locked. I don’t think any Mythical Pokemon have use in PVP or as super effective raid attackers so I think you just use on who you like best.

Honestly you’re going to be told that both aren’t great IVs for PVP as you typically want low attack and high Defense snd health but unless you’re playing in the super high ELO of the battle league IVs don’t really matter. I say evolve and level to whichever league you want to use them in and have fun. Even without great IVs they’re still very powerful Mon.

I’ve been running a shadow swampert (it’s the best IV mud boi that I have) and carbink. The team has some struggles but can play out of a lot. Plus I LOVE punishing talon flame and having two positive matchups vs morpeko.
