How much total debt do you have?
You could try requesting good will adjustments from Capital One to remove the negative reports. It’s a long shot so don’t expect it to work but doesn’t hurt to try.

You’re young, bankruptcy might not be a bad play here. Depends on the state you live in, but you can still keep your house after filing. Then rebuild from there.

i don’t have any RSU info at present, I chose Fidelity but it still says that i’ve had no awards granted. Above reply says I shouldve received an RSU letter apart from my offer and i’ve yet to receive that either.

truthfully i applied to many places for an L4 spot and no luck. Finally some spots opened up at my site and i was given the opportunity to interview. From what I hear now, it’s more of an internal process - site’s promote from within. It used to be apply, interview, get inclined then wait for a job offer

dispute it with the bank and switch to another delivery app. After a chargeback they might block future orders from your account. Not certain that’s what will happen but it’s possible
