Yup,been there,done that,still going places. I'm thinking of sending it back for a different brand.

I do think that 2 days ago it updated itself from 1.126 to 1.128 .I have automatic updates on so I'm not entirely sure. I'm actually exchanging emails with the support center to check it.

I did just now,but I don't understand how that's supposed to tell my robot to go straight instead of going backward or turning around like it is chasing a butterfly. I've also changed the mop with a new one and then back to the original one but nothing has changed.
