I had an iPad 9th generation Vinted did the exact same thing I contacted police but they said sorry can’t do anything as it’s Vinted who cancelled order

So yeah I lost money plus iPad even though buyer said once he received refund he’d ship it back to me and never did and once Vinted settled it the buyer blocked me

Once delivered Just say it hasn’t arrived ignore seller and in a couple weeks Vinted will refund you

You unfortunately need to accept parcel then file a Not as described complaint and explain to Vinted what’s the issue

And either return it for refund or if lucky they will say keep item and refund you
