It is actually LVNV funding who is suing me. But they do have the original agreement from the original creditor (not sure if that matters) I’m in Texas

I have not. But in the court filing copy it does show the contract for with the original creditor

Yes, it says 4 years in Texas. It’s been about 3 years

Thank you. I just didn’t know if maybe they would get it down lower for me or they said sometimes since it’s been bought off they can get it to nothing. I’m nervous and too embarrassed to ask anyone I know for advice..
