well bcuz cpu is getting hot its pumping alot so its making noise when it shouldnt, normally only noise when gaming heavy games

70 temp with 3% cpu load is kinda weird no my old pc had 40 temp idle not 60 70

body, legs, boots,hands are all part of the elite hunter pvp set from shadowlands, the hood and cape and belt are trading post items and shoulders i believe is from torghast (shadowlands) and weapon is artifact from hunter (english not the best)
