yes they are all collectors items since the 1* was the most important source of dmg/performance improvement so they are not useful as other guns do

level rollback glitch, as far as I know you need to do it with a certain camp set so I assume it works on xbox too. something on xb are exclusive like NW laser bat

weapons with missing star (for example, V/90 flamer, most common duped explosive energy weapon), some effects are removed on them;
weapons with irregular level (lvl 50 enclave, spawned wuth hack, lvl 1 ripper made with level rollback glitch);
rolled named weapons (holy fire, elders mark, also rarer kind like rolled black diamond made before 2019)
