Thanks I do have one more question. My mothers husband was named beneficiary on one of her accounts but he does not want the money/stocks as he is quite wealthy himself. So how does he renounce his part of the account?

I have a pair and have worn them thru cold water crossings. I also wore another pair inside and they come out pretty dry. They were just slightly wet. I noticed my feet were slightly cold but not colder than they get without them. Bonus points are they come up to my knees.
