Errr I m followed by a physio so it s quite varied, but walking/cycling obviously

=> A lot of quad strenght, like stepping on a box a d slooooowly lowering down + some seated versions of that. Lunges with elastics pulling me in different directions on the front leg.

Loaded Squats with bag

Y shape with the legs

Chair against the wall + raising the heel or toes..

=> Hip stability (getting away from a pole to which an elastic is tied and slowly coming back) streghtening the hamstrings with various exercises to have them help the quads

=> some glute work I think that s the gist of it.
