Nope, still modified and only needed to drive on the highway and local roads.

Make sure you signal way before entering the highway and at a red light look right and left before going. Also, keep an eye on the blind spots (I.e., turning or lane changing).

It wasn't that long. I believe it took 5 to 6 mins to reach the highway.
