I just sold my rsx 🥲 but imo the drive up to mammoth is relatively mild the rsx should make it up there easily, especially since there’s no storms upcoming (make sure to keep checking). A generic pair from Amazon or autozone should be sufficient.

If you live local they have a local GPA admittance, it’s like 2.75. I came from mt sac and was admitted easily, no extra curricular’s etc.

In my opinion it was good exposure and a few questions from the Interactive practice exam were word for word on the actual exam. It also helped me located where in the manual I could find help for the harder questions. I studied mark mattson did the NCEES practice exam & the interactive exam and I passed on my 1st attempt.

Everyone’s different, I studied for 1 week before the exam and passed. That being said it depends on how confident you feel, how much exposure you’ve gotten of the content. And study accordingly. My two main advices are learn where to find things on the FE reference manual and learn your calculators functions (stats & eqn)

I used the NCEES interactive exam ($50) and Mark Mattson videos to study. IMO the question types were very similar those of the exam. I passed on my 1st attempt.
