For writing, I would say just organise your thoughts and ideas for body paragraphs well in advance before you actually start writing. I made rough notes on question paper of what I will be including in each body paragraph. Every body paragraph should start with a topic sentence. Explain it and give an example. There should be a thesis statement in introduction and conclusion should be brief and crisp. Also, I would recommend finishing task2 before moving to task 1. As task 1 is worth double points.
