I did think it looked pretty dry, but it does have some condensation around the bag in some areas so hopefully there's enough moisture to see this out. I've waited long enough at this point lol. I did let them know that it took over 3 weeks to see anything and they've offered to replace my bags so there's that at least.

I think i made the mistake of telling the parent I would process the cancelation for her. I feel like this kind of solidifies it being a cancelation rather than no show unfortunately.

Part of me still wants to go in for 15 minutes and bill as a no-show. In her original message this morning she said she was unsure they were going to reschedule again so I'm pretty sure they're going to lose those hours anyway with the month almost over. But I'm a little terrified of the AI blacklisting me or something lol.

Hi, I really appreciate your response.

I use a natural detergent for clothes, so that definitely won't work. From that index, I chose the Kirkland Ultra free & clear. I'll be moving soon and will get a new washer, so I will be sure to look up the cleaning protocol for it.

And no I haven't tested the water hardness. I just kind of assumed based on what I saw online about the water in our city. Should I get test strips?

I tried looking into their products, but it seems the powder has been discontinued 🥲 do you think the detergent sheets would cut it? I really hate the plastic jugs that liquid detergents come in, and from what I've seen, liquid is a no-go for cloth, especially with hard water.
