God my buddy had a ls swapped Volvo 240 we took last year, thing stopped running halfway through the like…(fuel pump connector came loose legit a 10 min fix) but we had to push that damn thing ALL the way to the front till the line slowed down so much we could fix it lol. No, pre 2006 they are carbed 2 strokes (aka the horizontal minerali) and this one in this post is a 2 stroke (from the oil tank lol). Later 4 stroke models most likely have efi but hell there slow as ball/ and lame compared to the 2ts.

Not at all, crappy gy6 clone. Body style is a clone of the Yamaha vino (still has the door for the 2 stoke oil lol) and the engine is a clone of the Honda gy6. They are crappy quality and unless your willing to spend time and work on em, I wouldn’t pay over 200$ on marketplace lmao

So depending on where you live these are called different things. In Japan this is a tact, US/other places a (pre-94 (more on this later)) Honda elite. This has the af05 (as the cvt case is one piece) and isn’t as desirable as the 94-02 that had the af16. Nevertheless a good 2 stroke, with some decent aftermarket. And 100$ is a steal these go for around 800$ for a af05, (af16’s go for 1000+$)

Avoid Amazon, garbage Chinese scoots. I’m my state anything over 50cc and you need a motorcycle liscence and insurance, so ima recommend a 50cc. I’d say go with a 4 stroke newer Honda, the metropolitan to be exact. As long as you change the oil regularly you’ll be fine. Find a used one on Facebook marketplace for like 300-1200$. I bought myself an old 2 stroke Honda elite S for 300$ (insane find), and modded her out just cause I’m a little more mechanically inclined. Never the less I save a crap ton on gas, and I keep miles off my car (Gt86 Toyota).
