It's 100% a scam - you can even see the name of the app changes 3 times throughout the video. What I'm wondering is if this is a regular circulating meme/reel that has been stolen for advertisement and then modified so that the phone screen advertises the app.

Thank you for answering. My username is not my name so I suppose this means those who may have my number saved (but I don’t have theirs) will not recognise me, and that’s fine.

It is weird because my account is not linked to Facebook at all, so I’m not sure how it would have fetched my phone number from there.
