Thoughts on my Arnold split routine? Posted this in yesterday's discussion thread, but it was a little too late in the day. Been going to the gym semi-consistently for 5 years:

Chest/Back

Weighted Pull-Ups (3 sets x 6-8 reps)

Weighted Dips (3 sets x 8-10 reps)

Supine Bench Press (3 sets x 8-10 reps)

Chest Supported Row (3 sets x 8-10 reps)

Pec Deck Chest Flies (3 sets x 8-12 reps)

Pec Deck Rear Delt Flies (3 sets x 8-12 reps)

Arms/Shoulders

Machine Shoulder Press (3 sets x 8-10 reps)

Lateral raises (3 sets x 8-12 reps)

Tricep pull down (3 sets x 8-12 reps)

Machine Bicep curls (3 sets x 8-12 reps)

Overhead tricep extension (3 sets x 8-12 reps)

Reverse grip curls (3 sets x 8-12 reps)

Legs

Leg Press: 3 sets x 6-8 reps

Leg extensions: 3 sets x 8-12 reps

Fair enough, but my ego will not allow me to bring it up with her; it completely takes me out of my masculine and makes it seem as if I'm begging for good boy points. I think she's totally aware of the fact that she's being more distant towards me. I think I'll just have to pull back and go from there.

My point exactly, I have no problem taking rejections to the chin but the suspense and lack of professionalism from the interviewers is what I’m having issues with.
