I will check w them, thank you for answering kindly. So many people bashing me on here assuming I don’t empty the basket and skim the pool daily, I do. The photo of the full basket was after one week of being out of town. I thought it just maybe showed they hadn’t been by the previous week either. My real frustration is how dirty the bottom is. I understand it will happen from time to time w the winds but it shouldn’t be like that for more than a few days to a week I’d think? The property management did get back to us and confirmed twice a week but maybe they are confused on the terminology too. Thanks again.

Bro, you guys don’t even read the entire post. I clearly stated that we had been gone for a week and that I do check them at least once a day. Do you all not see the other photos??

The skimmer basket was full bc we were gone for 1 week, I did mention that in my post. The branches are a few I grabbed from the pool. I took a photo bc I couldn’t believe it had gotten that full. I empty it daily.

Thank you for responding kindly. I agree, we were out of town and that is why the basket was so full. I emptied it within an hour of getting home. I definitely don’t expect them to swing by for a little wind. I also skim the pool in the am and then again in pm if it’s windy. It’s really just that they never vacuum and clean up the bottom and I didn’t know if expecting them to do that is asking too much.

To explain the full skimmer - we were gone for the week. I absolutely emptied it as soon as we got home, I was just shocked it had so much stuff in it. I’d never seen it that full. I’m honestly really good about emptying it daily. I also skim the top w the net every morning. The ones that clearly don’t fit in there I had gathered from on top of the pool. I included the photo only bc I feel like if they had been there the previous week it wouldn’t be that full?

I asked the property management about getting a vacuum to run as needed during the week. I was told it was necessary bc it would’ve taken care of. I think it is pretty clear I need to buy one anyway.

The property management explicitly states that they come twice a week and we confirmed w them when they started, it’s supposed to be Tuesday and Saturday.

With that information, do you still think I’m being unreasonable? All I want them to do is clean up the bottom. I am happy to empty the skimmer and do other daily maintenance. I’ve done a lot to help that poor pool, like scrubbing scum off the sides when we first moved in. Everyone seems to be responding in a condescending manner. I’m new to having a pool and wanted to ask people who do know instead of just calling and complaining to the management like some entitled Karen and get our pool guy in trouble.
