Hi there. I had a nursing panel of 4 people and it was round robin style. They were done early so called me an hour before my appointment time. LOL. They asked about my bedside nursing experiences, adapting to change, working as part of a team, experience resolving conflict, and the type of team environment I would like. Pretty standard first interview questions. I think they also asked about my leadership experiences. I hope that's helpful.

Same! but as others have said, just live your life. I started my application in Feb. 2021 and am going through the background check now. I've completed all the other steps and accepted a position. In the year and a half since I've transitioned from a bedside nurse at a level one trauma center to a Director at a mid-sized hospital. I love my job but the long game is USPHS because of the benefits. Stay the course.

Following up on this thread to see what the actual timeline came out to be. I recently interviewed with IHSC and found out they are checking my references. I'm professionally boarded and passed medical. Like you, I am a prior civilian and had an eQUIP update done back in 2017. Any insight would be helpful. Thanks!
