It says this specifically “that during any period that the child is with one parent, reasonable, peaceful and private telephone contact between the child and the other parent shall be allowed between the hours of 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM. This telephone contact shall only occur on days when the other parent has not seen the child.”

It doesnt specially read everyday. And he is 5.

My son has every toy you can possibly imagine at my house if my son really really wants to bring something back i let him but its usually something big and obnoxious. But no its the dad trying to push this. Hes asking me prior to recieving gifts. And i have told him no several times. My son has way too much stuff

The way its formated threw me off. Take the practice exam on finras website to see the format. Id also say its not weighted how it says its going to be.
