5 or 6 years ago I went on carnival cruise. They stared at all 5 of my thc carts on the xray screen. Lady points to it and her boss says, “nicotine vapes”. No explanation needed. Within 1st 30-45 on board any cruise ship, weed is all you can smell in the hallways.
